OUR STORY
History
We started in a small warehouse with a single manual screen printing machine, our founder learnt screen printing to make Mother's Day T-shirts for their own family. He began printing more T-shirts for his friends’ events, festivals and celebration parties. When he got more and more screen printing orders, his family got involved to build up a process of operation in all stages. Over the years, we developed our products' quality and customer services to satisfy customers around the nation.
We serve multiple printing services
Screen Printing: (traditionally called silkscreen printing; also known as serigraphy and serigraph printing) is a professional printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink (or dye) onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil. Screen printing is ideal for large quantities because the process allows for greater price breaks based on how many shirts are printed at once.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG): a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. DTG printing is ideally used to print multi-colour images of small quantities of t-shirts, or to reproduce photos or full colour graphics. Direct to Garment leaves a softer feel, but still has the same long-lasting durability as Screen Printing.
Vinyl Numbering and Lettering: is a heat-transfer printing process in which your desired characters are cut out from a roll of colored vinyl and applied to your chosen apparel. It's a fantastic, easy, and affordable way to create amazing, professional quality jerseys for your team or event in a flash. Vinyl can be one of the most economical & quickest options to decorate a T-shirt. However, it is restricted to the use of only a few colors and is suitable only for certain types of fabric. Your desired design is cut from a high quality vinyl and then added to the garment by the use of a Heat Press machine.
Embroidery: the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn. Embroidery is usually seen on caps, hats, coats, overlays, blankets, dress shirts, denim, dresses, stockings, and golf shirts. The look of embroidery is perceived to be professional, clean, and durable, which shows your professional impressions. PrintLoneStar offers embroidery services to our clients upon request. We are able to offer our clients high quality embroidery services at very competitive prices. From custom hats and polo’s to professional looking jackets and fleece, we can embroider on any product and add lasting value to your custom apparel.
