Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. DTG printers typically have a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. DTG printing is ideally used to print multi-colour images of small quantities of t-shirts, or to reproduce photos or full colour graphics. Direct to Garment leaves a softer feel, but still has the same long-lasting durability as Screen Printing.
